5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 900 g
3 cups Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk -
1/4 cup whipping cream (35%) -
Coating
  Cocoa, finely chopped nuts, sprinkles,  
  coconut,icing sugar, as desired.  
  Smucker's® Chocolate PlateScapers™  

Yield: Makes 160 pieces

Instructions:

  1. In large double boiler, melt chocolate chips, Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, and cream over low heat, stirring. Remove from heat, bring to room temperature, then chill 2 hours or until firm. Shape into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls (using wet hands) and roll in desired toppings. Drizzle with Smucker's® Chocolate PlateScapers™, if desired.
