Measures Ingredients Weights
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder 5 mL
1 cup hot strong coffee 250 mL
1 tbsp Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk 50 mL
  (or to taste)  
  Decorate with  
Optional Smucker's® Chocolate PlateScapers™  

Yield: 1 (1 cup/250 mL serving)

Instructions:

  1. Combine unsweetened cocoa and hot coffee. Add in Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk and whisk with hand blender. Serve hot.
  2. For Iced Café Mocha:
    Combine cocoa and hot coffee; let cool. Place in blender with Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk and ice. Blend until smooth. Serve over additional ice if desired.
