1 pkg (24 oz/ 680 g) fudge brownie mix 1 pkg
1 cup chopped nuts (optional) 250 mL
1 pkg cream cheese, softened 250 g
2 tbsp butter, softened 30 mL
1 tbsp cornstarch 15 mL
1 can Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk 300 mL
1 egg 10 mL
1 tsp vanilla extract  
  Smucker's® Chocolate PlateScapers™  

Yield: Makes 24 -36 bars

Instructions:

  1. Prepare brownie mix as package directs. Stir in nuts, if desired. Spread into greased 13x9" (3 L) baking pan. With mixer, beat cream cheese, butter and cornstarch in large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand. Add egg and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour cheesecake mixture evenly over brownie batter. Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cool. Drizzle with Chocolate PlateScapers. Chill; cut into bars.
