Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

  Russet potatoes, peeled, quartered 3.5 kg
  Water  
2 tbsp Salt  
1/2 cup Butter, unsalted  
3 cups Regular, 2% or Fat Free Carnation® Evaporated Milk*  
3/4 cup Bicks® Prepared Horseradish  
1 tbsp Salt

Instructions:

  1. Place potatoes in large pot and cover with cold water and 1 tbsp (15 mL salt). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 15 – 20 minutes. Drain and let sit for a few minutes or until potatoes are dry.
  2. Pass potatoes through a ricer or food mill. Stir in butter until melted. Stir in remaining salt and ingredients. Adjust seasoning
