1 1/2 cups Regular Carnation® Evaporated Milk* -
4 tsp Garlic, roasted, puree -
2 tsp Lemon zest -
  Salt -
  Pepper, black, ground -
Herb Goat Cheese Dip
1 Goat Cheese Dip – Base Recipe -
6 tbsp Chives, minced -
3 tbsp Thyme, fresh, minced -
1 tsp Bick’s® Pickled Hot Banana Pepper Rings, minced (or to taste) -
Goat Cheese and Sundried Tomato Dip
1  Goat Cheese Dip – Base Recipe -
6 tbsp Sundried tomatoes, minced -
6 tbsp Basil, fresh, minced -

Yield: Makes 3 1/2 cups / 800 mL each variation

Instructions:

  1. Goat Cheese Dip – Base Recipe: Blend all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. For variations, blend all ingredients together.
  3. Serve with raw vegetables, artisanal breads or crackers.
