Burgers
Turkey or chicken, ground 3.2 kg
2 cups Bick's® Sweet Corn Relish 550 g
3/4 cups Bick’s® Pickled Hot Banana Pepper Rings, minced 170 g
3/4 cup Cilantro, minced -
1 tbsp Garlic clove, minced -
1 tbsp Salt -
1/2 tbsp Pepper -
1/2 tbsp Chioptle chili powder -
24 Hamburger buns, toasted -
Toppings
  Cheese, cheddar, slices  
  Bick’s® Pickled Hot Banana Pepper Rings  
  Tomato slices  
  Guacamole  

Yield: Makes 24 servings
Per portion: 4 oz (125g) each cooked burger, without bun and toppings

Instructions:

  1. Mix all Burger ingredients together. Form into 24 patties.
  2. Lightly oil grill or non-stick pan over medium-low heat and cook 3-5 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  3. Serve immediately on buns with desired toppings.
