2 250 g pkgs cream cheese, softened 2
2/3 cup Bick's® Corn Relish 165 g
1/2 cup Bick's® Hot Pepper Rings, diced 70 g
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded 170 g
1/2 cup Bick's® Hamburger Relish 60 g
4 green onions, chopped 4
1/3 cup coriander or parsley, chopped 30 g
2 tsp garlic, chopped 10 mL
12 (10”/25cm) flour tortillas  

Yield: Makes 8 servings

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except tortillas. Spread about 1/3 cup (75 mL) mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill at least 1 hour or overnight. Cut into 1/2” (1 cm) slices and serve cold or hot (bake at 350°F for 10 minutes).
