2 1/2 cups Bick's® Baby Dill Pickles, minced 400 g
2 1/2 cups Tomato, seeded and cored, small dice 400 g
1/2 cup Lime juice  
3 tbsp Bick's® Pickled Hot Banana Pepper Rings, minced* 45 g
1 tbsp Garlic, pureed or minced  
1 tsp Salt  
5 cups Avocado, pitted, mashed 1.1 kg

Yield: 8 cups / 2 Litre

Instructions:

  1. Stir all ingredients except avocado together. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Close to service, mash avocado and combine with reserved mixture.
  3. If not serving immediately, cover with several layers of plastic wrap touching the surface of the guacamole and refrigerate.

* For a spicier version, double or triple the amount of minced Bick's® Pickled Hot Banana Pepper Rings.
