6 cups Chickpeas, canned, drained and rinsed 1 kg
3 cups Bick's® Pickled Sliced Beets 450 g
3/4 cup Oil, olive  
3/4 cup Yogurt, plain  
2 tbsp Garlic, minced or pureed  
2 tbsp Bick's® Pickled Hot Banana Pepper Rings, minced*  
2 tsp Salt  

Yield: 8 cups / 2 Litre

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in food processor until very smooth.

* For a spicier version, double or triple the amount of minced Bick's® Pickled Sliced Beets.
