3 cups Bick’s® Hot Banana Pepper Rings, drained 450 g
1/2 cup Regular, 2% or Fat Free Carnation® Evaporated Milk -
1 ½ cups Corn meal, fine 225 g
  Crisco® Canola or Vegetable Oil  

Yield: Makes 8 cups / 2 L
16 servings, 1/2 cup (125 mL) each

Instructions:

  1. Place Hot Banana Pepper Rings on paper towels. Pat dry.
  2. Dip hot banana pepper rings in evaporated milk. Toss rings in cornmeal. Deep fry in 350°F / 180°C oil.
