Makes 8 cups / 2 L
16 servings, 1/2 cup (125 mL) each
Instructions:
Place Hot Banana Pepper Rings on paper towels. Pat dry.
Dip hot banana pepper rings in evaporated milk. Toss rings in cornmeal. Deep fry in 350°F / 180°C oil.
